Ready for the off? Hope you haven’t made too many advance plans though because 4 of our first 5 league games have fallen victim to the great God TV.
Not surprising really that Pep Guardiola’s first game at Manchester City has a special interest (to some) and we are his lucky opponents!
This game, scheduled for Saturday 13th August will now kick-off at 5.30 p.m.
And it will suit the police that our first home game, against Middlesbrough, has now been moved to the following day, Sunday 21st August with a 1.30 p.m. kick-off.
We’ll have to wait even longer for a home Saturday 3.00 p.m. kick-off as our next home game, against Everton, has also been moved, this one to 8pm on Monday 12 September.
Finally, less disruptive to us but not very convenient to our friends in the North-East, the away game against Tottenham Hotspur has been moved to 4.30pm on Sunday 18 September.
As in the past, ticket details for the away games, and their availability to members will be circulated as soon as they become available.
