Three more of Sunderland’s Premier League games have been moved to suit Sky Sports TV, whilst ignoring the travelling supporter.
Not unexpectedly, the home game against Newcastle has been moved to the following day, Sunday 25th October, but with a noon kick-off, which is useful when the first East Coast train from London arrives in Newcastle at 11.45 and the first Grand Central into Sunderland at 13.08.
The away game at Everton has also been moved to the following day, Sunday 1st November, with a 1.30 p.m. kick-off.
And like last year our away game at Crystal Palace (same result please!) will be played on a Monday night, 23rd November with an 8.00 kick-off. OK for us Southerners but home based supporters will not be happy!
If you can’t get to any of these games you can be sure other red-and-white fans will be congregating at The Old Red Lion Theatre Pub near Angel tube where you will be sure of a warm welcome
